Chelsea Shear spent a decade inside two of independent electronic music's most important labels — nearly five years at Skrillex's OWSLA, then nearly 5 years leading Monstercat's Uncaged label.

The roster includes Virtual Riot, Sullivan King, Ray Volpe, Whipped Cream, RUSKO, GG Magree, Adventure Club, G-REX, Jessica Audiffred, Riot Ten, Tisoki, and dozens more.

In 2025, she founded SHEAR.
